Torbay School is a leading New Zealand primary school which provides a safe, friendly environment where students are valued and where there is already an international climate within the mainstream classes. We have established networks of support, and teachers who are skilled and experienced in meeting the needs of students and their families. We offer supportive programmes that ensure that international students settle quickly to take advantage of the wide range of programmes and activities that the school has to offer. Torbay School is a signatory to the Code of Practice and accepts international students for short and long term visits. All students are placed in a class at their year level and encouraged to participate in all activities as a member of the class. Children are withdrawn daily for specialised English tuition in small groups. International students are welcome at Torbay School on a short-term or longer-term fee-paying basis. |
