Torbay School is situated in the northern bays area of the East Coast Bays of Auckland's North Shore. Waiake (or Torbay) Beach is just 5 minutes walk, and Long Bay Regional Park is 5 minutes drive from the school. The school was established in 1954 and draws its pupils from the wider Torbay area.
